Draft RDF schema for the SCHEMAS Namespace and Application Profile

This is a v1.0 draft of the RDF schema representation for the metadata element set proposed by the SCHEMAS project in supporting a metadata registry service. The namespace (smes), the application profile and assoicated qualifiers and schemes (smes-ap) have been encoded using RDFS, the RDF schema language.

Please note that these drafts are still under development, as is the element set of the SCHEMAS project and therefore they are subject to change.
