• KPF looks in pre-packaged KBR resources or talks LIVE to KPP agents for dynamic retrieval and automatic knowledge packaging

• the KPF talks to the KBR and PIF KP files are passed to the KPA module

• the KPA module passes packages to the LMS for user delivery
